RACE is a learning centric organization that enables collaboration. Training is about knowledge transfer and successful knowledge transfer happens most freely with a multi-factorial approach. An entire ‘deployment system on a server’ that provides access to social learning (wikis and threaded chats), online reference d-bases, best-of-class e-Learning, engaging simulations, indexed case studies, online and classroom exercises (individual and team based), tests and certification exams and more with a single login. And all are backed by seasoned instructors, coaches and mentors who cut their teeth solving real-world problems and driving improvement initiatives in government, defense and industry.
