Certificates In Lean Six Sigma

The terms “Lean” and “Six Sigma” describe successful performance-based Quality Management Systems originally implemented at companies such as Toyota and Motorola. Since their implementation and ongoing evolution, many corporate, nonprofit and government organizations have achieved game-changing performance results through these programs.

Experience and research demonstrate, however, that some programs have seen sub-optimal results due to a “one size fits all” approach and focus on stringent compliance. The National Graduate School/University, in contrast, provides certificate programs that are customized and that focus on proper performance–based thinking, rather than raw numbers trained or “tool worship”.
