RACE enables collaboration to make a focus on improvement part of your organization's culture.

RACE is a highly integrated partnership of continuous improvement subject matter experts, and critical support functions, selected for their real world experience deploying proven strategies and practices that drive organizational success.

RACE is government and industry working together to optimize the resources and Performance Excellence learning environments and assets needed to streamline Government by ensuring availability experienced practitioners combined with the architecture needed to self-sustain a culture of improvement.

RACE, through a combination of the large company structure and the entrepreneurial spirit of smaller companies,  engages Federal Government departments and agencies in unique partnering relationships to provide both traditional CPI solutions and innovative approaches to learning, training, Perfromance Excellence deployment and cost-effectiveness.

One way RACE supports Government Partners is through the OSD’s Consistency of Approach initiative. RACE Industry Partners supports the COA team, aligning and assessing DoD-wide Perfrormance Excellence BOKs (Bodies of Knowledge), Certification Standards, Training Materials and Knowledge Transfer Systems. RACE leadership works closely with Government team members from the OSD/DoD, all service branches, DFAS, DAU, DIA, DLA, GSA, US Postal Service and others in the ongoing effort to make train-the-trainer solutions built from the best knowledge transfer systems available to program leaders from all government improvement initiatives.
